David "MVP" Ecstein: Yes. If Rich Harden can get to 180 IP, it's possible and if he can make 143+ IP, he can realistically stay healthy enough to reach 180 IP.
The 'Bright' One: No. He won't stay healthy long enough to accumulate 250 K, even if he does get 143+ IP.

This has nothing to do with health. I dont think he gets 250K even if he does pitch 180 innings.
